Components That Comprise Our Development Program
Replicate and expand existing Convergys-sponsored training and education
These programs should provide opportunities, especially in high-need locations in which we operate, to obtain the job and life-skills necessary to establish self-sufficiency. Furthermore, they should support the growth of healthy, economically sound communities.
Implement a company-wide, global environmental program
This program should engage all employees in actions that are environmentally focused and incorporate key components of the 3Rs model (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). These actions should result in overall cost-savings.

Continue to invest in energy-efficient technologies at Convergys facilities world-wide - Expand localized recycling programs into a comprehensive and global effort with uniform goals and measures to reduce the overall amount of natural resources we use as a company.
